We are currently growing organic Tomatoes, lettuce,scallions,strawberries,swiss chard,mix lettuce,herbs, potatoes,beetroots,onions, garlic,and have many hen and duck eggs. We supply afew local businesses in westport and are doing 3 local farmers markets Mallarcany(2nd Sunday)Castlebar(Friday) and Ballina(Monday). As its only in the early years we hope to provide more and more produce locally as our farm grows!So please DO inquire!!!! In 2011-We Will be specialising in a range of select veg and herbs.Tomatoes,Lettuces(delicious selection of mix-salads for resturants and hotels)Locally grown strawberries, scallions,potatoes, onions and garlic,chard and swede. We also have a wide selection of locally grown cut and come herbs, including rosemary,basil,thyme,curry leaf,lavender,golden marjoram , purple sage, bay leaf, coriander and many more to come.
We have many passionate helpers on the farm, that are travelling from all around, including Australia, Germany, France and even from Cork! We're all happy, easy going people that love growing things naturally, without harmful chemicals. |
